would love to use your service but as an image hoster and not provider I can not provide U.S.C. 18 Title 2257 custodial records, instead the image poster is responsible for the content they provide.

also see 17 U.S.C. 512 (c)(3) which protects sites like mine and sites like GFY from copyright infringement and other issues such as child pornography laws when a user submits such data. Infact GFY.com does not meet your rules.

Like I said I would love to submit my site but I am not in compliance with your rules.
