Overture Traffic Experience UK & DE

Let me share my overture traffic experience with you all. I am buying non-adult in Germany and adult in the UK.
I initially bought traffic through Germany and everything ran well until one day when I got a mail informing me that me listings have been taking off-line? Why? Well, your titles and descriptions were misleading due to the content... hmm.. That is very strange since overture writes my titles and descriptions... Secondly, that was without notification of any kind, no warning like please change titles and descriptions or we will have to take you offline, I guess would have been too embarrassing to do that...
I also had to argue with an account manager about which language we should talk in, since my usual contact was on holiday, obviously I wanted English, but ohh no he insisted on German for 10 minutes? As for the traffic in Germany it is ok for the non adult, I am converting, so go ahead if you can handle the aggravations...
Regarding UK. Everything has been smooth until today when I suddenly found 780 keywords on my account that I did not approve... Now, they actually added them with titles and descriptions without my go ahead... Just like Germany...
By the way UK. is not converting as minimum PCP is GBP 0.10 too expensive? and UK laws only allow max. GBP 20 per call so the average holding time is low, around 5-6 minutes.
Does anybody have similar experiences with overture?
