I'm using an autorank and the top 10 referals will be listed on the main submit page (currently I don't have 10 trades so you'll be listed there regardless of amount of traffic lol) . There are links to the full list on my main submit page, conf. page and conf. e-mail for the most exposure.
I decided to use a autorank because it's more fair and there's no need to go through the hassle of constantly checking the return link (you hide mine, yours will automatically drop down) - especially if it's located on conf. pages and/or e-mails. Therefor, feel free to add the return link anywhere webmasters would see it
