- The forum should be a true community. People interacting each other. Not a link dump.
- No illegal uploads, warez, password sharing, etc.
- No blackhat SEO.
- A unique niche where people are actively seeking others who share their interest.
- A seller who actually wants to sell. Not "everything is for sale at the right price".
