I am looking to sell my custom E-mail Marketing script.

This script is AMAZING and in my opinion is better than any of the other popular EM sites on the internet today. I was going to market this but I simply don't have the time right now.

I have found out some information about the script I purchased. It is not custom made (not fully). I had someone reveal to me that this script can be purchased from Interspire.com.

20 user accounts for $1,795.00

Although there have been some changes made to this script.

This is a fully unlocked open source. Unlimited user accounts can be made, and unlimited emails can be sent.

Although I am very saddened that my friend lied to me this does not impact the value of the script at all. It increases it because you can market this exponentially and email marketing software charges high rates to customers per K of bulk email sent.

I am looking for an offer for the fully unlocked script. I will have one of my developers install it in your server if needed.

I will NOT re-sell this script. I will only sell it to one person so I am looking for serious offers.

Looks good, but do you have any license that you will transfer?

Is it able to be automatically upgraded?

I'm afraid it won't upgrade and company won't give any support since this is what says their FAQ:

Interspire code is open for editing (not licensed as open source) and can be modified for internal use only. Our products do not operate under a standard open source license and are commercial in nature, so while you are able to modify the functionality of the applications, your modified source code cannot be resold or distributed under any circumstances.

Upon purchase you are granted a single use license of the product whose source code can only be modified to the extent that licensing and user-related functions (creating/editing/deleting) are never changed.

All copyright notices must remain intact (in the source code) and modified versions of the source code cannot be resold or distributed under any circumstances. We cannot provide support for customers running the product with code modifications.

And what about the license and future upgrades?

I had read in the official page that they upgrade every 4-8 weeks.

The license would be transferred to the new owner. The script is the newest version and will automatically be upgraded each time they update it.
