I have answered this question many times.....I have owned and sold Apple domains in the past and never had a problem with them...thier unwritten policy is only to go after domains that advertise competing products.( I would too if I was Apple)

The problems for the guy in your link are stated below ..

"Apple claimed Bijan was using in “bad faith” as he was forwarding them to pages that featured products which compete with Apple’s own."

I wouldnt advise the domain be used for selling products that compete against Apple....other than that I see no problem ..in fact ,should anyone require a money back guarantee.. that option is also available.
