HIRING: Webmaster

I have a number of sites that are developed, and will be completed approximately end of this month. I need a webmaster to handle the day-to-day activities. I will turn the sites over to you. You run them. You are the webmaster, not a partner, not co-owner.

Daily Activities Include:
* Tube Teaser Clips & TGP Submits.
* Link Building.
* Traffic Generation & Marketing.
* Performance Based. Tracking 4 Your Sales.
* Clip Store(s).
* Blogs.

Sites: Tube Traffic/Pay Site Tube/Celebrity/Mobile.

Site updates will be done via server side CRON job. So you will not need to update the sites. I will have description manifest for all scenes. This will be provided to you for your clip store updates. You will watermark, upload, and schedule scenes. I prefer someone who has been doing TGP submits and has some established partner accounts.

Other than clip stores, your sales will be tracked by link code. So you will get 50% of all sales you generate. Even if you slack off and are fired, you still get credit for those sales recurring. On clip stores, and traffic tubes, we will work out a revenue split as long as you are the one generating the sales. Hosting will be provided.

The bulk of your efforts will be on marketing, promotion, traffic building. The rest will be done via automation.

Obviously something like this will not appeal to someone who is well established and have their own sales or traffic going on. However, there are plenty of people who've been laid off or looking for a change and would enjoy being in a position to get their hands on CMS, content, and converting niche to make some money.

6. A rough draft, or game plan, on how you are going to market the sites I have you run?
7. Why you think you are a good candidate over the other dozen who've applied?

Um. They already do that. It's called commissioned sales and typical for many sales jobs.
