I am looking for a good designer for a long time. I've contacted a few guys here and there but most of them have better English skill than designer skill.

I would like to try your service if you can offer me an reasonable price for the simple design i am looking for.

I need one page simple design with a header, left and right menus, a footer and a few simple buttons - all in psd format without any coding.

How much does this cost? An Indian asked $15, an USA designer asked for $100, another USA designer asked $150. There are many who ask $1500.

Actually i do not care where you are from. I am not from USA and my English sucks, i know.

But being a good designer has not relation where you are from, and how good or bad your English is, right?

Please let me know what you can do for me. I have several websites in different niches, most of them mainstream. I need a small header, a smaller footer, simple left and right navigation menus and a few buttons like buy, read more, review, visit website etc. No flash, no animations. A simple flashing gif as button is appreciated.

How much should i pay for this? I can pay via verified PayPal account. We can use an escrow service if you do not trust me.
