Community engine for sale (same functionality as gaywatch.com)

We developed a community engine (copy of gaywatch.com), but as client changed his mind on this project is out for sale now.

It doesn't have any design yet, but we can do the design for it if required or we can integrate your design if needed.

All functionality from gaywatch is there except chat module (which can be of course developed if you need it).
As a plus from gaywatch we also have video and audio messaging.

We also can customize whole project following your specifications from already developed code.

I guess by ballpark you ment if we'r looking for a niche or is something general? (correct me if I'm wrong)
Project was developed following functionality of gaywatch. It's a community engine and can be adapted for anything some1 would need (thinking about hi5, myspace, adult community etc - of course keeping proportions)

We can develop other functionalities needed (apart from ones already developed).
This is an advantage for some1 that wants to start a community site as price is not the price he/she would pay to start everything from scratch and, of course, it's a big time saver (we spent one and half months to develop modules already).

The way it is now we sell it with 2.5k USD. Other modules you want developed or design work/integration will be separate discussion. From the list I showed you above only chat is missing.

For video/audio messaging it requires red5 installed on your server (which we also can do). If you prefer having other solution implemented for this we can integrate it.
There will be a setup fee (if you want us to set it up) which depends on your server configuration.

Also we'r opened for a maintenance contract for it if required.
