Custom Wordpress Plugin

Hi Looking for a wordpress guru to make a custom plugin for me.

Description:
Would like to add a button that can grab data from a remote location, the data will be simple pipe delimited file with about 4-5 columns than add it into the wordpress post Body and title.

Sample data would be like:
title|price|imagepath|description

I can certainly do this; what are you paying? my contact details are at PHOQU.com. I have something already that does something similar, but it's not a plugin - it's a cron job that runs every hour and polls a remote server for new content and pushes it into Wordpress' DB... I can also make it a plugin...
