Interested in putting this out there. I have had this site as a blog for a couple of years now. I hardly ever update it because my time requires me to do other things. I think it could be a HUGE brand for someone with the right vision and resources to make it happen.

The traffic has grown to over 1500/monthly average.. I never promoted, linked to it, or mentioned it.. This was all natual type-in progression.
