Well I want to offer a freebie to some people and give out a free theme to some friends in exchange for the footer link... it would be adult but would need to be pretty generic so people could use any niche with it. 1-2 sidebar columns on the right and a main content column... along with pretty header that would be easy for someone to drop in their own logo or just use text.

Why don't you just steal every free theme off the internet, put your link in the footer, and redistribute them on your own website the way everyone else does?
