I have a geo targeting script that will allow you to send traffic to 1 url and it will redirect the surfer to a url based on the url you specify for that country, as well as have all unset countries go to a default link.
You can even create users to have them send traffic to the link they get IE www.domain.com/in/aff.php?user and they can see how much they have sent in and you can even post earnings to their account.
