Hi guys,
It just happens that I have a team of 2 programmers that are not involved in any project and consequently they can start any medium to large script that you might need.
I want to say that this is the real deal, as one of the programmers worked for almost one year for a program improving the sites of the program (some pretty big sites if you ask me), improving the tools needed to run a program and so on. Because the reps and owners of the sites/program my guy worked on are here on GFY I won't post any links until I do not have the explicit approval of the relevant people and most probably I will do it privately. The other programmer worked like 1 year doing various projects in both adult and mainstream - the last project he worked on is www.dropshipblueprint.com and some google API thing for a guy that is working in PPC advertising.
They both know PHP (more than 1 year experience in my company for each of them), AJAX, a little Ruby on Rails. As frameworks they know Smarty and Code Igniter (we have done some pretty large projects using these frameworks). The main advantage of a team versus some freelancers is that for large projects they are developed faster because the people are used to work in a team and we use bug tracking tools, source versioning tools and so on.
I can give refrences per request...
