Looking for webmaster

Im looking for someone to help me webmaster my website. I have it all designed, update software, billing. Have a 500g Managed Dedicated Server. I will be providing all edited footage and photos, all will be exclusive. I do not have time to monitor it and all that, I also am clueless when it comes to getting traffic. I have a small budget to start for marketing it. I have some banners designed for it already.

I would prefer someone who really knows what they are doing. I will be offering % base. I can provide you samples of the quality of footage. I will be looking to open future websites as well once this one gets on its feet. So this will hopefully be a great opportunity.

I've told Smokie several times I would've have helped her get this site going almost a year ago..I know you have all this stuff ready to roll, but getting traffic is 90% of the sell of a site...a "webmaster" will be putting in a ton of work...I've been producing sologirl sites since 2004 and I can tell you now..there's ALOT more to the game than throwing up a site with a naked girl on it..that is only 1 part of what you need to do now to get the money flowing to you...but none of that shit matters if the model isn't committed to her own site and her own marketing brand.. Smokie has been in the porn game for a Loooong time by porno standards...but has never seemed to "catch fire" no pun intended. the reason, is the way you are going about marketing and promoting

Sorry Simon, we have been on a mission to get more then a solo girl site going. And as anyone here can vouch it is not easy. We do now have everything in place and are making fully exclusive b/g and g/g scenes. Sadly we got some of our puzzle pieces together at a seriously wrong time economically but that does not mean we are willing to not keep moving forward. And you are right, getting traffic is the hard part, its the part we need, but we took the time to make a great product to start with. That was actually the flame Mrs. Flame was looking for =O) This is NOT an easy time for us to be starting up the way we are, but then again it was NOT easy to keep a girl constantly shooting and on the market for nearly 5 years.
