Help wanted - build our affiliate program

Hi,

we are running a small VOD site and are now looking to connect an affiliate program to it.

Maybe we can find someone here who can help us out?
Use your own solution or open source/freeware, whatever, as long as it does the job.

Since we are pretty new to this we rely on that you know what you are doing and know whats required from a good program for VOD-sites.

Big plus would be if it can be connected to our upcoming DVD-shop as well.
