Webmasters That Can Make A Paysite

I'm looking for the person that knows how to make a nice V2 type website. All I need is a nice looking paysite with a members area and a webmasters area. I need it to be able to integrate with a Merchant account. I have partnered up with a producer/ photographer who has over 20 vids already and knows how to edit everything. I have a lawyer I consulted with who says I'm going to be a millionaire, My business deal of signature will take place soon with my upcoming biz partner. I currently partnered with my roommate. Between the three of our partnership we are creating, we have all the equipment and content already.
