I am looking to sell one of my favorite side projects. It is a network of 25 niche sites with PR1-PR3 and all interlinked. They all get at least 1k uniques daily which is not much but we also include a database of some 3200 users of which 1900 confirmed their free registration.
Also has a custom backend that allows it to run on a single server.
All you need to do is have time to upload new galleries and they will go live each day. All pages static for maximum performance. Each has separate niche link trades with few sites.
Main site is at gallery rating dot com and you can see the network and the rest of the sites there. I like this but don't have time for it.
