Programmer 4 Ad in Front Webpage gets dark

I am looking for that code that allows you to put an ad on your screen when the page loads, it brings it to the front and makes the webpage go dark in the background until you close it. I want to offer a sale on my tour pages and I want that to be the first thing members see. Please hit me up on ICQ if you can help, prolly gonna need a design for the ad as well
