I saw your post, maybe I can help you. I can imagine that you have the problem where the guys start out and then flake out because it is commision only... Please see this thread:

There is at least one studio that will pay for time outside privates... I can get guys if you need them to man the phones as it were. Or, if you have some guys that worked with you, tell them you pay every two weeks, the pay is weekly...
