Needless to say, Foreclosures is a VERY hot market right now, and predicted to grow further in later '08.

I also have a custom site designed (not currently live) and a partnership deal negotiated with foreclosures.com for a (very) special payout on foreclosure info. membership commissions.

In June, I spent about $50 in traffic and generated $152 in sales commissions. I have stats for the interested buyer.

I paid $x,xxx for the domain a few months ago, but have become to busy with other projects.
