I've hired a local developer to build a custom escort portal for me using PHP / mySQL. He did a pretty good job on time and on budget.
Unfortunately, we didn't discuss how to protect the site from hackers. Yeah ... yeah ... yeah ... I know it was a dumb move but we just didn't think of it until most of the work was already complete.
