CHEAP blogs wanted

I am after cheap wordpress blogs, one's that don't have much traffic or is just sitting there doing nought, not looking to pay more then $100 for one

Needs to have half decent design, don't care if it isn't custom, that's it.

I don't really have time, plus I'm not good at designs or implementing ads etc, never had much luck with WP so rather someone else do it.
