Need page designed PHP / MySql

I need a page done in php that will pull data from a mysql DB - please sendme info etc to admin [at] dgftaworld.net


It is one page only I havea basic outline at

The user needs to be able to enter their own news and users can use the message board to add comments etc. The videos come from the video section only the last 4 videos from the user should show up. The google calendar has to stay.
