Need WordPress Expert to Tweak Blogs

I need someone who is good with WP coding and stuff to tweak/customize my blog(s). Just upgraded to 2.3 and a few things aren't working the way I want them - tags, TinyMCE, comments etc.

Will also be launching a few new blogs over the next few weeks, so someone I can work with whenever needed would be great.
