needed: website designer

hi there,

finding a person to design a website is beginning to be harder than i thought. lol
first person i tried, took the deposit and i didn't get anything even though he said he sent the mock up. eventually, he returned the deposit. this latest person is in the phillipines and it's hard to get a hold of him due to the time different. and i tried itto but no reply. and adult design evolution is backed up until may.

this is what i'm looking for and hoping to get it done in about ten days:
-R rate warning page
-splash page with logo, maybe a toon, and episode template
-join page
-members page
-a couple of small banners

if anyone is interested, please email me the cost of the project and time frame it will be completed.
