    YouNude.com

I am looking to RENT this domain out, preferably on a long-term lease, but willing to try for as short as 6 months. Not really looking to sell it right now, though, it's only for complete use of the domain over the term of the lease not ownership.

It's easy to remember and highly brandable as a "tube" site, an amateur site, etc. Hit me up with offers if interested

    My ICQ is 216-905-084

Cool name, but renting a domain is kind of weird. You want someone to make a successful site then you take it back?

Well, I couldn't take the site back, the person running it would own all the content and such.

I suppose this type of thing isn't done often, but could be the right kind of deal for the right person. Since use of the domain would be for far less than buying it outright.

Someone recently contacted me about leasing one of our mainstream domains. After researching the legalities and possible problems and talking with my lawyer I decided against it. And this was from the domain owner pov.

A lot of things can happen when you rent/lease to someone...

why would anyone want to build a site on a domain that doesn't belong to him (and probably doesn't get much type-in traffic)?

for sure this is a terrible idea
any smart webmaster would buy a domain or just find something else to register if he was serious about making a site.
