Designers needed

Here's the list of what I need done:

1) 5 gallery templates of 15 pics
2) 5 gallery templates of 3 downloadable movies
3) 5 gallerry templates of 15 pics and one embedded flash player (16:9 size ratio)
4) 5 free site warning pages
5) 5 free site home pages

Here's some of my requirements:

1) I don't pay for anything up front. We can work the payment in stages if you like. Or I can pay half when you can show me that the designs are done and then half when the pages are delivered, coded.

2) The final deliverable is:
a) The original .psd's of the designs
b) The final coded .html of the pages

Note: Priority consideration will be given to those designers who know their way around css div (not old school html nested tables).

Note 2: Priority consideration will also be given to people who have sample designs to show me. I will consider people without portfolios but their first gallery will be built spec, meaning if I like it you're hired, if not, then no.
