Hi all I have decided to raise the value of my EVQ.com it would be best to develop it. However I do not want to put just a plain ole template or turnkey site on it. I want something that could be manageable for me or even the new owner in the future.
So what I'm looking for is someone who can help me come up with a good idea for the site + develop it completely for me. Once its finished I want to be able to bring traffic to it and start earning revenue so please keep that in mind. I'm not looking for just a template design or logo. I am looking to have someone create a complete functional web site for me.
