Problem:
I run several newsletters, some for dating, some for investments, some political. Now, some people will sign up to many and then ask to be removed from one. Problem is that those same people will cry spam and as you know, even if you run a legit newsletter, a spam cry and you are in a shitload of trouble.
I have a list of about 50,000 emails that over the years have unsubscribed from various newsletters. I want to make sure that those poeple never ever agan receive any emails from me wether they want it or not.
I have tried various existing softwares to no avail. And frankly I can't deal with scriptlance's outsourced programmers.
Solution:
A software which will act a filter/forwarder for various lists.
For example:
[email protected] receives all emails for a newsletter. First the software will remove emails that are in the central "do not email" list, then the remaining emails will be forwarded to a specified address.
This could be replicated so that the software could manage 25 or so domains.
The software would first receive emails, purge them of the blacklist address and then forward them to their corresponding destinations.
I envision a web based software, where I can add and remove filter/forwarding accounts and add email addresses on a daily basis to the blacklist.
