Need *CHEAP* Web Designer for mainstream site

I have some rental homes I rent out per room to local college students. Just need a 1 or 2 page site for advertising purposes.

I already purchased a $80 realestate template from template monster w/ .fla and .psd source files that can be used.

So flash and photoshop skills a must.

you mean you're looking for someone who can do Flash work and you're only willing to pay $100? I doubt you're going to find anyone. I personally charge $100 per hour of Flash, and I'm one of the cheapest you will find out there.

Hi czarina.... You've responded to two of my posts recently - both times implying that I was cheap or underpaying. I understand you personally may feel that way, but all of my job requests get many responses and are filled at the budget I list. Its all about supply and demand. Have you ever considered maybe its you that may be overcharging for your work? I know dozens of very highly skilled flash designers that will gladly do work for far less than $100/hr, shoot...$50/hr is even pushing it. If you have a full plate of work, Im very happy for you and wish you the best of luck with your business. You appear to be very talented at what you do - hats off, I hope you do book your schedule with $100/hr projects. All that I ask is that you please not insult me in my threads, Im providing work for many people that appreciate the opportunity. Fair?
