Looking for programmer(s) to start work ASAP

I have a few small projects that need to be coded from ground up. Please be experienced, this code needs to be sanitized from attacks and optimized for performance.

Requirements

a) Must be a programmer by profession. I don't want "school" and other things getting in the way.

b) Must have enough experience to be versatile.

c) Must be ON TIME and motivated to work hard. It really bugs me when a 3 day project takes 2 weeks
