Prices are per site per month. That means $10 per month for each PR3 site I put your link on, and $5 per month for each PR2 site I put your link on. Example:

You want a three-month link on one of my PR3 sites. You also want a three-month link on one of my PR2 sites. So that would be $10 x 3 = $30 for the PR3 listing, and $5 x 3 = $15 for the PR2 site, for a grand total of $45.

Of course, the best bet is to take the holiday special!
