Extremely simple graphic work needed...

I suck at graphics..

I need "menu items" made similar to the menu images on my site here:
http://www.shemaleday.com/ (like the daily shemale galleries/ premium sites/ images etc basically the same quality, nothing fancy...)

I need them for a ton of sites (up to and maybe over 100..) with layered psd's and fonts/ etc so i can change the wording as needed.. They would have to be easily modified by me to change the menu name...

I need these done for 20 - 100+ sites...

For each site i would need them to be 'slightly' different...

Until we build a relationship I'll pay for them 1 at a time and then 10 at a time to start then increase the orders as we do business.

After that, i will need more similar work done, so i am looking for someone in it for the long haul..

I will also need simple toplist headers for like 40+ sites, tgp headers for like 10+ sites and blog headers for like 15+ sites done following the menu design...

(I have a crapload of sites with shitty design and want to step them up in stages lol)
