Looking for a good MySQL and PHP programmer!

In need of a good programmer for some script modification. No offense to anyone of the race but im fuckin tired of being ripped off by them arabs on scriptlance and getafreelancer... seriously you would think that kinda scam shit is "moderated".. So ill try here!


Anyway, budget right now is $450.
Script is php/mysql based and fairly easy to customize. I know basic php but not enough to know how code what i want.

4. Javascript (maybe)

I wouldn't bother apologizing for shit. I got fucked for $400 by some east indian off getafreelancer when i was fresh to webmastering, and I would warn ANYONE against using any 3rd world option. You're bound to get fucked. I happens time and time again. I don't hire anyone who doesn't speak perfect english, and isn't living in a developed nation. Yes you'll pay more in the end, but at least you'll get what you pay for, and you won't have to battle through the terrible language barrier in the event that you find one of them who actual does try to do the job.

Yea, same thing happened to me when i started the webmaster gig.. live in learn ya know. I had a guy that WAS legit at first, english sucked but went fine till i found out months later he was using my site for email phishing..
