Cartoon work needed

This is what I need:

I need a Cartoon header for Naughty-Traffic.com that the site design will be based around... (right now it has no design, just a skeleton of links)

This would be the view from a dashboard cam inside a police car:

A girl in a MG convertible giving a cop a bj through the window area as he writes a ticket... (and possibly a female cop in the convertible with a strapon on about to pernetrate the girl at the same time)...

I don't wanna spend a ton of moola... (who does? lol)

I have other projects I will need over time (over 100 sites with shitty design lol), so I'm hoping to find someone who can do a few things here and there for me on a regular basis... (headers for toplists, tgp's, banner's etc)

I am also open to trading your graphic work for my sending you webmaster traffic.. (I have about 75 webmaster sign up pages for toplists, search engines, etc.. and I'm adding new sites all the time)... I could put your link to your portfolio on all of those pages in exchange for some work (it wouldn't be a ton of traffic, but all of the traffic would be webmasters)
