This guy is not doing anything wrong. He bought a name and is looking to sell it. As long as he owns it there is no problem. And as far as the 90 transfer. All you have to do is get an account at his registrar and have him push it to you.

I do not know the guy and I have not checked the DNS but I am tired of the fucking ignorance regarding domains on this board.
