Simple design work needed.

Hi. Straightforward request.
I have a new site XXX Review Sites which needs a new header. Basically I just need a nicer font/layout but am intending to keep the rest of the template page as it is.
To go with this I'd like a couple of banners plus a set of three/four 'endorsement banners' e.g. 'Gold/Silver/Bronze rated by XXX Review Sites'.
I'd prefer to pay by paypal as I'm fed up with epass and would need to load it first.
Examples of work and estimated initial cost please and we can talk more. Thanks!
