I have a project that was started in early Spring that remains unfinished.
The core is Wordpress plus a forum and a link directory added.

The idea was to use 3 popular scripts working together, all CMS and seamless from the surfers POV. Something that would retain bookmarkers, be interactive, and be easy for the owner/admin. Plus, be easy to monetize. That's why we do what we do, right? And, I wanted it to be versatile enough to use in adult or mainstream and be able to sell tangible or digital products.
The 3 facets of the site are,
1) an interactive blog
2) a free for all and/or members only forum
3) a link directory designed to accommodate moderated FFA links, link trades, auto-billed paid submits, auto-billed paid ad spots.
I want to sell the domain plus all files. The 'look' was coded so as to make cosmetic changes quite easy. 5 images plus a common style sheet will customize the entire website.
The scripts all have great support. Anyone with basic WP, PHP & CSS knowledge can turn this into any type/niche site they desire. This site is functional and usable 'right out of the box'. The forum needs a few cosmetic changes which are all done via CSS. Customizing the blog, directory, and forum is done through 3 separate admin panels.
There is basically no content other than the testing content. If you visit the site and want to submit a link or leave a comment feel free to do so. Parts of the interactivity have been disabled but have been tested and work fine when re-enabled.
This site is limited only by your own creativity and goals!
