I need a coder who knows how to use babelogger and neon bubble rss script.
I need surfers to be able to upload webcam videos to the appropriate category and add a title / description.
All of a surfers videos are stored in their profile with a thumb that shows as the thumb of their webcam video...unless they upload a custom one each time.
The videos are shown on frontpage and voted by viewers to rank them by popularity. The videos show on my site when clicked, nothing to download.
