1. your contact info
2. your site(s)
3. ad types / space available
4. banner dimensions (468x60, 728x90 etc etc)
5. prices


if this information is missing, it's unlikely i'll email you back asking for it again.
i'm not concerned with extra stats or site rating. please make the email easy to
understand.. just the facts about the space you have available and the price.
