I'm looking for someone to develop and maintain some of my adult and mainstream websites on a full time basis. This is a work-from-home position and will be paid biweekly or monthly by either Paypal or Wire Transfer. So here's the details:

Requirements:
- Individual *No outsourcing companies
- Experienced or at least familiar with TGPs and galleries
- Responsible, Reliable and Accountable
- Competent in HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL
- Fluent in spoken and written english

Assets:
- References
- Expert in HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL
- Lives in North America
- Motivated and Ambitious

I am open to suggested wages according to the requirements of the right candidate(s), however to offer a ball park and lend some credibility to this as a serious post I was thinking around $2000 USD per month for a 40 hours a week. in eastern europe i don't think doctors make that much :P

Personally, I wouldn't so much as roll out of bed for $12.50/hr, but im sure he'll find someone. Probably a student or someone in europe with english as a second language at best though.

Someone competent and experienced with english as native language is probably gonna run him at least twice that salary.

I don't know, I remember times when I was making $1000 a month, renting a room, and working 20 hours a day on my sites. I probably would have worked for someone else at 2k a month 8 hours a day and the other 12 hours for myself. Then once I was making more I'd move on and focus completely on my sites. But hey, the only thing I can keep saying is that if the perfect candidate for this job is reading this but put off by the suggested salary, then please still email me and let me know what you'd expect. It couldn't hurt.
