Need php coder to optimize blog (urgent)

I´m the webmaster of stolenvideoz.com and i want to optimize some bugs that appear, one that i want to optimize now is the right sidebar, because in IE the sidebar appears in the end of the blog and in Firefox appears to be ok, you can confirm that using the 2 browsers and you can see the diferences.
Please, make your reply and your prices to optimize only that.
In the future i have new sites in development, if you make a good work, i will contact to make my sites.
