Both have custom developed scripts, we'll provide scripts and mysql dump of the current databases for both sites. Users can register and leave comments on both sites, basically it's the same backend and since it's custom developed you are free to use / modify the code that you'll get however you like.
We never found time for these two sites, and never did any promotion. Still they have PR3 and get around 1000 pageviews per month each, from just a couple of links.
You get domains, mysql dump, and sites as they are now.
If you want one, start bidding at $500, if you want to take both you can start bidding at $900.
Again, we developed the code for these sites and we are using them successfully on some other sites that we have. For these two, we simply didn't have time.
