Part of my TGP package is to provide 40+ hardlink exchanges with PR3+ sites to help boost the site's PR. Over time I have built up a pretty sizable database of PR3+ sites that will allow linking even from sites that don't have PR yet.
If you have a site with no PR and want some link exchanges with PR3+ sites hit me up. I'm not going to sell my whole list because the sites I've found will get spammed out and close their forms. But I will add some link exchanges for you for a fee. Price would be determined by the number of link exchanges you want and if you require them to be niche specific or just general PR sites.
These are all exchanges. None are paid.
Also, previously when I've done this the site has become a PR4 within 90 days. I can't promise that obviously but could provide some examples.
Finally, I know the routine so please don't even say it. Some people think PR is worthless. I'm not arguing the merits of PR. Just offering to link up your sites if you value it.
