Which host has the best support?

All the hosts say they have the best around the clock support... but I need a host for a dedicated that is going to tell me my server was down and it was fixed before i even knew it went down. And they need to have a voice line I can call. And if there is a problem they should respond to my trouble ticket within minutes.. not hours to atleast tell me they are aware of the problem and working on it...

Any suggestions?

I see completely biased logic here.

Do you ask your car dealer what car company has best or most car services or what car company makes cars that don't break? Then why do you ask what host has the best/most server break fixers when you are really searching for something that doesn't break? See the logic?

Your question should be "With what host I will NOT need support?"
And then if you need support how many people will you have to deal with. My personal opinion is that having a company front person that escalates the issues to the needed tech in the minimum time is the best solution. You always deal with one only person and not with 500 tech guys via tickets system.


Said that, I can tell you to use our hosting services... but we take new clients only by recommendation of other already existing clients.
