I need to find a host that offers the following;

Full control panel to allow me to add email addresses to my domains, set storage limits, create ftp accounts, etc...

i am with phat servers now and the only way i can add anything is to email them and they take forever to get it done. i emailed them 2 weeks ago to have a new email address created and it still isnt done, and currently i have a 2m limit on file attachments. I need a host that allows the webmaster complete control to add things and adjust shit.

Spam me with hosts, and please do not send me Dream Host, I left them and have no desire to return.
