Need server in Russia

I need a dedicated server or two in Russia.
Servers need to have good connection with Moscow and St. Petersburg and also good connection with Spain.
The line provider must have good peerings with Cogent Europe. Connection to USA is not needed... In fact the machine will have several clients in Russia and then will proxy all the traffic to the computing nodes in Spain.

We are looking for unmetered 10 Mbit machine or similar.

It will be not a site. The server will just host a proxy that will connect to my servers in Spain.
It's for a mainstream project, so there is no porn involved.
