Need help (Submitter, Webmaster)

I started a video-porn blog and need some help. Looking for someone who is able to update this site daily and for submitting the updates to some other sites.

It's not much work, adding 2-3 videos every day and submit this to 10-15 other sites. You'll get paid 25% of the money the site gets. I know this site will rock, it's a good domain and we had 3000 visitors/day after 3 days without doing a lot of publicity work.

Thats a fair offer as I spend the traffic, hosting and will do updates additionally. I have no time for doing this alone!

You have to know the basics of HTML and Photoshop and video editing.
