Domain Experts HELP!!!

Hey, I'm hoping someone can offer a little guidance for a domain value.
I recently purchased some new type in domain names, good niche keywords
that generated about 10,000 type ins last month, the problem is I have someone that is interested in buying one, since it's new, free push at godaddy, short of an appraisal, how can I determine the value? I just want to make sure of a fair price. Any help would be appreciated.

start at 9-12 months of revenue, but even that might be too low if the prospect is a domainer...

hmm? first of all its a REGISTRANT not domainer and suddenly whacking the price because you think someone possibly might speculate in domain name investing..is not a wise idea imo

Average typein sales are running about 36 months revenue right now - with some bringing up to 7 yrs rev. I would expect that someone would want to test the traffic before they bought and the typeins would really be the determining factor - whether they are money phrases or not.
